a. Longview Lights customizes, installs, maintains, removes, & stores the Christmas light display.
2. Can Longview Lights install lights that I already own?
a. No, because we offer our customers a lifetime warranty, we only install the highest grade commercial LED lights on the market. We have also developed efficient techniques for packing and unpacking lights so that our installation techs can be efficient while installing your lights. One of our main goals is to make sure that your lights work flawlessly throughout the season. We can only do that if we use the quality materials.
3. What type of roof lights does Longview Lights install?
a. LED C9’s and commercial grade lights wire customized for your roofline.
4. Once I sign up for your service, does Longview Lights own the lights or do I?
a. You own the lights. Longview Lights charges more the first year for the purchase of your lights. We highly recommend letting our professionals install your lights, but you can have your lights back at any point. However, the lifetime warranty we provide for our products is a great incentive to use our services continuously.
5. If I am buying the lights the first year, does the price drop the second year and thereafter?
a. Yes. The prices after the first year typically drop 35%.
6. If the lights are customized for my house, what happens if we move?
a. Longview Lights will transfer the same footage to your new house for no additional charge. If new lights need to be customized to fit your new roofline, we will do it. If you are moving outside of our service area, we can mail the lights to your new home.
7. Does Longview Lights take down the lights after Christmas season is over?
a. Yes. We guarantee that your light will be removed between January 2nd and January 31st
8. What does Longview Lights do with my lights after they are removed from my roof?
a. We store them in a secure Longview Lights owned storage facility.

10. How do we decide on a specific lighting configuration?
a. Once we meet at your residence or business, we will find out what you are looking for, discuss different options, and your budget. We will give you our professional opinion for the display that will look best on your home or business, however there will be no pressure to install anything more or less than you want to.
11. What type of sales techniques does Longview Lights use?
a. We are not door-to-door salesmen trying to sell you something you do not want. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and excited about the product and service we can offer you. At the end of the day, we want to do everything we can to make you overly ecstatic about our service so that you will tell all of your friends.
12. How much does it cost?
a. During the free initial consultation, we will discuss pricing for the different options you would like to look at. Every property is different therefor price ranges vary tremendously. We can not give a quote without looking at the property first. Because of the time and effort that goes into the process from initial consultation to takedown in January, we do require a minimum of $600 the first year. 13. What should I expect after the initial consultation?
a. Once you have decided on an option, we will then gather your information, collect a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot on our install schedule and take pictures of your home/business. Within 1 – 3 days, we will email you a contract with the selected option for your home/business.
14. What is the contract for?
a. Our goal is to protect our customers. Firstly, the contract will have a picture of your home/business with an outline of exactly where we will be placing your new Christmas lights. Our contract lays out the responsibilities of Longview Lights in order to keep our customers happy. There is no contractual obligation for our customers to use our service year after year. However, the lifetime warranty we provide for our products is a great incentive to use our services continuously.
15. What is my obligation after agreeing to the contract?
a. Once you have agreed to a design and the quote, your only obligation is to pay the bill on the day that the installation is complete.
16. How long will it take from the time I commit to install my Christmas Lights?
a. We will set up an install date when the contract is agreed upon. The closer it is to Christmas, the busier we are. In order to get on the schedule sooner, please call to set up your free consultation as soon as possible. Make sure to ask about our early install discounts. As a Longview Lights customer, please understand that weather and other issues will play a factor and the installation date could change.
